Almond Gluten Free-Pancakes

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup almond meal
2 egg whites
1/4 mashed banana
cinnamon
vanilla
1 tablespoon low fat milk

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray a non-stick pan with organic cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and let it set. Once the edges bubble, flip over and continue to cook another1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
