Spiced Pepitas
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups raw pepitas
½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
a pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400˚ F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Lay spiced pepitas on a lined baking tray, and roast for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
