Spiced Pepitas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups raw pepitas
  • ½ Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚ F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Lay spiced pepitas on a lined baking tray, and roast for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes. Enjoy!
